Vanilla extract in concentrated paste. Packed in a 25 g jar with a tight lid. The paste contains: glucose, invert sugar, Bourbon vanilla extract and seeds, curcumin, beta-carotene, potassium sorbate.

The ingredient gives the confectionery aroma and light vanilla flavor. Used as a natural flavor for cream, cocktails, ice cream, cakes, mousses, sweets.
