Perforated silicone mat AIR MAT ECLAIR & CHOUX for baking

Perforations provide air movement, due to which the dough is baked evenly. The mat is made of food grade silicone and has non-stick properties. Designed for high temperatures up to 230°C.

The silicone mat is marked on both sides. On the one hand - 14 eclairs, on the other - 20 shu. This will help you get perfectly identical blanks for your desserts. Cake sizes:

eclairs - 12 x 2.5 cm

shu - d 3 mm and d 5 mm

The silicone mat is packed in a factory protective film and after unpacking it does not require complex maintenance, it is easy to clean.
