Set with silicone mold CYLINDRE 75

Silikomart sets are ready-made solutions for the production of gourmet desserts.

With CYLINDRE75 you create 8 individual servings of 75 ml each. The set includes ten small plates for the perfect final presentation of the dessert and a divider for preparing original inserts and /or bases that perfectly match the dimensions of the form.

The size of each cylinder is 126 x 27 x 27 mm. The total volume of products is 760 ml.

The CYLINDRE 75 mold in the Silikomart set is made of high quality food grade LSR silicone. Mousse desserts from this form are removed easily and without damage.

In addition, high-quality silicone has non-stick properties. Products will bake evenly. Use in the microwave is allowed.

The silicone part of CYLINDRE 75 has a high thermal stability. It can be used in a wide temperature range from -60°C to +230°C. But plastic coasters are only for presentation, it is not recommended to bake or freeze desserts in them!

The set is packed in a factory box, after unpacking it will not require complex care, it is easy to clean, including in the dishwasher.
