The FINGERS 75 kit includes a silicone mold for 8 cells with a volume of 75 ml each. The dimensions of each individual portion are 130x27x27 mm. The total volume of products is 600 ml.

In the set you also get cutting. With it, you can prepare both inserts and bases, a divider made of plastic, double-sided and fits perfectly with the size of the form.

The FINGERS 75 mold in the Silikomart set is made of high quality food grade LSR silicone. Mousse desserts from this form are removed easily and without damage.

In addition, high-quality silicone has non-stick properties. Products will bake evenly. Use in the microwave is allowed.

The silicone part of FINGERS 75 has a high thermal stability. It can be used in a wide temperature range from -60°C to +230°C. But plastic coasters are only for presentation, it is not recommended to bake or freeze desserts in them!
