KIT DROP GEL is a silicone mold for creating a decorative top ball of ice cream in a gastronorm container.

The kit includes a silicone mold for creating decorations - a beautiful top layer or special inserts in your dessert. It can be both frozen and baked. The set also includes a practical Tapis Gel 02 silicone mat with rims. It can be used to create interesting flavor combinations for your ice cream or sliced dessert.

The molds in the KIT DROP GEL Silikomart are made of food grade LSR silicone. Its advantage is 100% safety for health, as well as a glossy surface and easy removal of finished products. Molds made of this silicone can be used in a wide temperature range from –60°C to +230°C.

The set is packed in a factory box, after unpacking it will not require complex care, it is easy to clean, including in the dishwasher.
