The silicone mat AIR MAT Choux retains all the properties of similar Silikomart products, as it is made of high-quality food grade LSR silicone. It has non-stick properties. Products will be evenly baked and easily removed from the sheet without damage. AIR MAT Choux has high thermal stability. It can be used in a wide temperature range from -60°C to +230°C.
